Are there any real advantages to installing some of these high dollar "cold air" intake sys.? We use our Vette as a cruiser and vac. travel vehicle. Any increase in fuel ecom. is welcome (we are currently avg. 26 to 27 mpg) which we consider quite good. I recently installed a K&N replacement filter and have seen no defference. The advertised hype sounds great but is there any real advantages other then they look real cool when the hood is up????:D
